💳 Registration & Payment Policy
1. Non-Refundable but Transferable Payments
Payment transfers are subject to case-by-case review.
2. A bank service fee of 1% + VAT will be charged for credit or debit card payments processed by banks in Thailand. This fee will not appear on the receipt issued by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University.
3. Payments made via Thai QR Payment (PromptPay) will not incur any additional bank fees in Thailand.
📄 Documentation & Confirmation
1. The original receipt can only be collected during the symposium.
2. Proof of payment must be submitted immediately upon completion of the transaction via the designated Google Form link.
An official payment acknowledgement will be sent to your email following the successful verification and receipt of the payment.
3. The official letter of invitation will be issued and sent to your email only after full payment of the registration fee has been successfully completed and confirmed.
