JING JAI WEEKEND MARKET

Jing Jai Weekend Market, a Central Group community-care project, is a sustainable community market that places a high value on environmentally friendly and sustainability initiatives. The market sells fresh organic fruits and vegetables, as well as Thai cuisine and delicacies, with an emphasis on food quality. It also has hundreds of stalls selling handicrafts, clothing, and more. As you walk along the stalls, you can watch the stall owners curate their products, such as crafting and live painting, providing a space for them to sell their handicrafts and share their knowledge of their craft.

There are cafes and restaurants nearby and a TOPS supermarket, live music performances, areas where everyone can sit and eat a hearty meal or chit-chat before continuing to explore the market.

ABOUT ONE NIMMAN - WHITE MARKET

A historic city temple offering traditional Buddhist practices and cultural experiences.

Wat Lok Moli is a historic Buddhist temple that is located just outside the old city walls of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The temple was built in the 14th Century and it is quite well known for its Lanna styled architecture. Where you can see ancient brick chedi, and wooden viharn which is the assembly hall.

 

Unlike other temples, this temple faces north which is slightly unusual with the Thai temple design. The temple has a more peaceful atmosphere due to lesser people visiting it. Wat Lok Moli also has beautiful gardens and guardian statues which makes this place a serene one.
