CALL FOR PAPERS

Information for Call For Papers for the symposium will be shared here. Do look out for the submission link!

SUBMISSION

Phase One: Submit by October 15, 2025, for notification by December 1, 2025.

Phase Two: Submit by December 15, 2025, for notification by February 1, 2026.

PRESENTATIONS FORMATS AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • We welcome the following formats: Individual presentations (20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion)

Panels (three related presentations, 90 minutes in total)

Roundtables (90-minute discussions on a theme, with 4–6 participants)

Workshops, lecture-demonstrations, performances, and audiovisual outputs

(Performances reviewed in close consultation with the Local Arrangements Committee) ​

  • Using the attached template, please submit a proposal of 200 words (500 words for panels and roundtables), along with a short bio (100 words), including your affiliation and contact information (email), and 3–5 keywords to the relevant email below.

  • Language: The symposium will be conducted in English, but we welcome presentations featuring other languages, as long as the PowerPoint also has a full translation in English and a detailed English outline of the presentation is distributed at the time of the session. However, all proposal abstracts are to be submitted in English for review and selection purposes.

  • Deadlines

Phase One: Submit by October 15, 2025, for notification by December 1, 2025.

Phase Two: Submit by December 15, 2025, for notification by February 1, 2026.

  • Eligibility:

Proposals will be accepted from ICTMD members. Non-members are welcome to submit abstracts but must (re)activate their ICTMD membership in 2026 prior to the symposium.

Registration Fee: Details will be announced by December 1, 2025
